We offer online therapy (telehealth) using secure platforms like SimplePractice and Doxy.me. If you use other platforms to facilitate services (such as GrowTherapy, Headway, Alma, Tava, etc.), this only happens with your explicit consent and according to their privacy policies.
8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our services are primarily for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without consent, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.

Due to these legal requirements, requests to delete these specific records before the 7-year retention period has ended cannot be accommodated.
Other personal information not part of the clinical record will be deleted upon request, where feasible and not in conflict with our legal obligations. All data may remain in our secure backup systems for a limited time.
